2)The first thing we did was write a sentence down, than we learned that CTRL+A highlights everything, than CTRL+C copies the highlighted text and CTRL+V allows you to paste what you have copied. Than we learned how we changed the font, you go the ribbon FONT and there is a arrow pointing you through numerous amounts of fonts, we did Albertus MT and the next to that was the font size, we put 20 font size. Next to it was something called GROW FONT which allows to make the font that you highlighted much more bigger. Next to that was something called SHRINK FONT, which made it shrink the highlighted text. Next, you go the ribbon tab, Paragraph. There is a tab of rows that allows you to put the sentence that you highlighted into bullet form, and the next tab allows you too put it in number tab. In the same ribbon, there is this thing called LINE SPACING, which allows you to space the highlighted text. You could pick various of amount of inches you want to space the sentences with. For example, 1.0, 2.0 , 3.0.
3)In Microsoft Office, you can make columns in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint. There is no Page Layout in Microsft Powerpoint, but in the home tab, you could make columns on the side. That is the difference. But in Microsoft Word, its in Page Layout
